Tuscan Herb Rub

A delicious rub for roast chicken, lamb chops, pork roast or steaks.
Ingredients
3 tablespoons
Spice Islands Garlic Powder
1 tablespoon
Spice Islands Onion Powder
1 tablespoon
Spice Islands Medium Grind Black Pepper
1 tablespoon
Spice Islands Sweet Basil
1-1/2 teaspoons
Spice Islands Thyme
Directions
Combine all ingredients; mix until well blended. Store in tightly covered container until ready for use.
Rub or pat on chicken, pork, beef or lamb just before cooking or up to 5 hours in advance.
