While holiday dinners are usually the focus of the season, it's also fun to treat family and friends to breakfast or brunch gatherings. These events offer plenty of opportunities to wow guests with classic and festive breakfast dishes that pop with flavor. Here are a few ideas that featuring the authentic flavors of Spice Islands® spices to take your holiday morning to a whole new level.

Blueberry Cheese Streusel Coffee Cake

This isn't a typical coffee cake, but one that merges with fruit and cheese in a nod to cheese Danish. For this blueberry cheese streusel coffee cake, a yeast-based cake is filled with a cream cheese and ricotta cheese center and enhanced with berries. A crumbly streusel topping heightened with cinnamon and nutmeg brings it all together as the perfect complement to all sorts of flavored coffees and teas.

Apple Cinnamon French Toast Bake

No one wants to be slaving away in the kitchen making individual pieces of French toast as guests arrive.
