To perfect our Spice Islands® rosemary garlic, we add a blend of onions, lemon peel, red pepper and other spices to give it depth as well as complexity.

Try it as a rub for lamb roasts or to flavor butter for steamed new potatoes.

Fun Fact: While we don’t know the exact date garlic was first cultivated, we know it was grown in Mesopotamia in 3,000 BC. Garlic bulbs were fed to the Egyptians who built the pyramids and were placed in King Tutankhamun’s tomb.
