Ingredients

Filling

1 cup apricot nectar

1 package (6 ounces) dried apricots,chopped

1/3 cup honey

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

2 teaspoons Spice Islands® Lemon Peel

3 tablespoons flour

1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Cloves

1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Nutmeg

1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Ginger

1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Cardamom

8 cups tart apples, sliced

Topping

3/4 cup flour

1/2 cup quick oats (not instant)

1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Ginger

1/2 tablespoons Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon

1/2 cup chopped pecans

1/4 cup Mazola® Corn Oil

1/4 cup pure maple syrup

Instructions

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Combine apricot nectar, dried apricots, honey, maple syrup, and lemon
peel in a medium bowl. Add flour, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, ginger, and cardamom.

Place apples in a 13x9-inch baking dish; spoon apricot mixture over apples.

For topping:
Combine all topping ingredients in a medium bowl. Sprinkle over fruit.

Bake 35 to 40 minutes or until topping mixture is golden brown.

Serve with ice cream or whipped topping, if desired. Store leftovers in
refrigerator.
