Ingredients

2 tablespoons butter

1-1/2 cups manioc flour (farinha de mandioca)

to taste Spice Islands® Sea Salt Adjustable Grinder

Instructions

Heat butter in a large skillet over medium heat.  Add manioc flour; reduce heat to low.  Stir continuously until manioc is golden brown.  Season to taste with se salt grinder.  Serve immediately; store remaining farofa in an airtight container.
