Fisherman's Wharf Crab Bake

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Combine crab meat and sherry; set aside.

Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat; blend in arrowroot. Add cream gradually. Stir in Beau Monde, pepper and mustard. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until sauce thickens and comes to a boil. Remove from heat. Add parsley, egg, mushrooms, cheese and crab meat.

Spoon into 4 buttered ramekins OR a 1-quart casserole. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until bubbly. Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
