Flank Steak with Chimichurri Seasoning

Ingredients

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tablespoon red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons Spice Islands® Brazilian Chimichurri Seasoning

1-1/2 to 2 pounds flank steak

Instructions

Mix oil, vinegar and seasoning in a small bowl and let the mixture sit for 20 minutes.

Preheat grill or skillet on medium-high heat, cook flank steak for 3 to 5 minutes on each side depending on steak thickness, turn and cook the other side.

Remove the steak from heat, let rest 5 minutes. Serve thin sliced meat with chimichurri sauce.
