Fresh Chili Sauce (Piri-Piri like)

1-1/2 cups


1 1/2 cups chopped, assorted chilies (mild to hot)

1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Minced Garlic

1 teaspoon freshly ground Spice Islands® Sea Salt Adjustable Grinder

3/4 cup Mazola® Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/3 cup white wine vinegar


Combine all ingredients in a glass or plastic container with a tight fitting lid. Refrigerate for a minimum of three days.

Bring to room temperature before serving as a dipping sauce.

Pulse in a food processor or chopped into a chunky emulsion is desired.

Tip: This condiment can be used as a dipping sauce, marinade or process until smooth for a salad dressing.

Note: If you do not have a food processor or chopper, finely mince chilies before refrigeration. Whisk to combine before using.
