Greek Olive Bread

Ingredients

1 package (16 ounces) hot roll mix

1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Oregano

1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Garlic Powder

1/8 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Nutmeg

3/4 cup seeded and coarsely chopped, Greek olives (about 4 ounces)

1 cup very warm water (120º to 130º F)

2 tablespoons Mazola® Pure Olive Oil

1 egg

Instructions

Combine hot roll mix with enclosed yeast packet, oregano, garlic powder, nutmeg and olives in large mixing bowl. Stir in  water, olive oil, and egg. Mix until dough sticks together in a ball.

Turn dough onto lightly floured surface. With floured hands
knead dough until smooth, about 5 minutes.

Place dough in a greased 9 x 5-inch loaf pan OR 4 mini loaf pans.
Cover and let rise in a warm place until double in bulk, about 45
minutes.

Preheat oven to 350ºF.

Bake for 30 to 35 minutes if using a large loaf pan, or 15 to 20
minutes if using mini loaf pans. Brush top of warm loaf with additional olive oil. Remove from pan and cool on wire racks.
