2 tablespoons Spice Islands® North African Harissa Seasoning

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 pound boneless, skinless chicken breasts


Mix the seasoning and oil together in a bowl, add chicken and toss with the harissa marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 400°F. Remove chicken from marinade; discard remaining marinade. Place chicken on parchment paper or a foil lined baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until cooked through with an internal temperature of 165°F.
