Lemony Roasted Asparagus

1 pound fresh asparagus

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

1 tablespoon white wine

1 teaspoon freshly grated lemon peel

1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Thyme

1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Mustard

Freshly ground Spice Islands® Sea Salt Adjustable Grinder

Freshly ground Spice Islands® Black Pepper Adjustable Grinder


Preheat oven to 425°F.

Wash asparagus and trim to remove woody portion of stem.  Place on shallow baking sheet.

Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine.  Drizzle over asparagus.

Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally,  until asparagus is crisp but tender.
