1/2 cup


1/2 cup plain yogurt

2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh mint

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Cumin


Whisk yogurt until smooth in a small bowl.  Stir in mint, salt and cumin.  Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Serve as a cooling condiment with nearly any Indian dish.
