Peppered Parmesan Crisps

Ingredients

3/4 cup shredded Parmesan cheese

0 Spice Islands® Black Pepper Adjustable Grinder

Instructions

Line a shallow baking pan or cookie sheet with parchment paper. Generously spray with cooking spray. Divide cheese into 12 "mounds" and spread out to form 2 to 3-inch circles. Generously grind black pepper over cheese.

Bake at 350ºF for 8 to 10 minutes until Parmesan cheese is melted and lightly browned. Remove from oven and let cool 2 to 3 minutes. Carefully remove Parmesan crisps from parchment paper and let cool on a rack.

Serve in place of crackers or croutons with green salads.

TIP: Do NOT use grated Parmesan.
