Ingredients

1 tablespoons Spice Islands® Ground Nutmeg

1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Ginger

1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Turmeric

1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Coriander

1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Mint

1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Medium Grind Black Pepper

1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Crushed Red Pepper

1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Cumin

1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon

1/8 teaspoon crumbled Spice Islands® Saffron

Instructions

Mix all spices together until well blended.  Store in sealed container in a cool dry place.

Use in any recipe that calls for ras el hanout.  Also delicious sprinkled on fish or chicken before grilling, or added to rice or couscous.
