Spice Islands Chicken

1/2 cup butter OR margarine, melted
2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 can (6 ounces) French fried onion rings
1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons Spice Islands® Grilling Gourmet Chicken Seasoning
2 tablespoons Spice Islands® Parsley
6 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Preheat oven to 325°F.
Melt butter and combine with Worcestershire sauce. Set aside.
Finely chop onion rings and mix with Parmesan cheese, chicken seasoning and parsley flakes.
Dip chicken in the butter mixture; then dredge in the onion mixture, generously coating each piece.
Place chicken on a baking sheet, and bake for 35 to 45 minutes. Cover loosely with foil during the last 15 to 20 minutes of baking to prevent over browning.
