Thai Beef Kabobs

1 cup coconut milk

1-1/2 teaspoons Spice Islands® Curry Powder

1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Thyme

1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Medium Grind Black Pepper

1 teaspoon salt

1 pound boneless sirloin steak, cut in 1-1/2-inch cubes

1 large green bell pepper, cut into 1-1/2-inch pieces

2 small onions, cut into wedges


Combine coconut milk, curry powder, thyme, pepper and salt in a large resealable plastic bag. Add steak to bag; seal and gently toss to coat. Refrigerate 4 to 24 hours.

Remove steak from marinade; discard remaining marinade. Alternate steak, bell pepper, and onion on 4 skewers. Grill or broil about 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently, or to desired doneness.
