Turkey Flat Bread with Cranberry Salsa

Ingredients

1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust OR flat bread

1/2 pound turkey breast, deli cut

1 cup cranberries, fresh OR frozen

1 medium green bell pepper, cored, seeded, chopped

1 medium jalapeno pepper, seeds and veins removed, chopped

1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon

1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Coriander

1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Cumin

1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Oregano

1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Fine Grind Black Pepper

1/2 cup chopped red onion

1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro

1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed

Instructions

Bake pizza crust 10 minutes at 450ºF.

Arrange turkey on top of pizza crust. Combine remaining ingredients in a food processor and process until coarsely chopped. Spread cranberry salsa over top of turkey.

Cut into squares. Garnish with additional cilantro and jalapeno slices, if desired. Serve immediately.

Can substitute 1-1/2 tablespoons Jamaican Jerk seasoning for the individual spices.
