White Macadamia Nut Bars

As needed Mazola® No-Stick Canola or Butter Flavored Cooking Spray

1 package (18.25 oz) white cake mix

1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Saigon Cinnamon

1/3 cup butter, softened

2 tablespoons water

2 teaspoons Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract

1 egg

1/2 cup chopped macadamia nuts

1 cup white chocolate chips


Preheat oven to 350ºF. Spray a 13 x 9-inch pan with cooking spray.

Combine cake mix and cinnamon. Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly. Add water, vanilla and egg. Mix until well blended. Add nuts and white chocolate chips.

Press intoprepared pan. Bake for approximately 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for at least 15 minutes. Cut into squares.
