Moroccan Couscous

Delicious Moroccan Couscous


  • 1 box (10 ounces) instant couscous
  • 1 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Sea Salt Adjustable Grinder
  • 2 tbsp butter, melted
  • 1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 fresh lemon


  1. Prepare couscous according to package directions adding the olive oil and freshly ground sea salt.
  2. When couscous is done, stir in butter, cilantro and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Stir well.
  3. Serve immediately or at room temperature. Delicious served with Lamb Tagine.


For more lemon flavor, add fresh lemon peel.
