1 cup


1/3 cup red wine vinegar

1 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Minced Garlic

generous grinding Spice Islands® Black Pepper Adjustable Grinder

to taste Spice Islands® Sea Salt Adjustable Grinder

2/3 cup Mazola® Extra Virgin Olive Oil


Combine red wine vinegar, sugar and minced garlic in a small bowl. Set black pepper grinder to coarse and generously grind into vinegar mixture. Grind in a small amount of sea salt. Gradually whisk in olive oil.

Serve over crisp salad greens.
