1-1/2 cups Moscato D'Asti wine

3 cups (12 ounces) shredded Italian fontina cheese

3 ounces goat cheese

1 - 1/2 tablespoons Spice Islands® Arrowroot

1 tablespoon Spice Islands® Sweet Basil

1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Minced Garlic


Heat wine in a medium sized saucepan over high heat to just boiling.  Reduce heat to low.  Toss fontina  with arrowroot and basil.  Add fotnina and goat cheese in small amounts to wine, stirring constantly until melted. Stir in garlic; season with salt to taste.

Serve in fondue pot. Use bread cubes for dunking, or try with apple or pear slices.
