Grilled Steak with Chimichurri

2/3 cup Mazola® Extra Virgin Olive Oil

1/3 cup red wine vinegar

2 tablespoons Spice Islands® Parsley

2 tablespoons Spice Islands® Minced Onion

1 teaspoon salt

3/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Oregano

1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Medium Grind Black Pepper

1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Cayenne Pepper

1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Minced Garlic

1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Crushed Red Pepper

4 steaks


In a small bowl whisk together oil and vinegar until blended. Whisk in parsley, onion, salt, oregano, black and red peppers and garlic; let stand at room temperature, about 2 hours, stirring occasionally.

Serve with grilled steaks, pork chops or chicken.
