2 cups water

4 Spice Islands® Cinnamon Sticks

2 Spice Islands® Whole Nutmeg

2 tablespoons Spice Islands® Crystallized Ginger

2 teaspoons Spice Islands® Whole Cloves

1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Cardamom

1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Whole Allspice

1/4 cup sugar

4 tea bags

2 cups milk (whole is recommended)

1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract


Bring water, spices, and sugar to a boil in a saucepan over medium-high heat.

Remove from heat; add tea bags. Cover and steep for 20 minutes; strain. Add milk and vanilla. Pour into ice-filled glasses and serve.

Recipe Tip:  split each whole nutmeg in half using a hammer.
