Jamaican Glazed Chicken

2 teaspoons Spice Islands® Jamaican Jerk Seasoning

3 tablespoons soy sauce

3 tablespoons honey

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1-1/2 teaspoons Argo® Corn Starch

1/4 cup water

6 boneless, skinless chicken breast


Preheat oven to 350º F.

Combine seasoning, soy sauce, honey and red wine vinegar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat. Reduce heat to medium; add cornstarch and water; stir constantly until mixture thickens, about 2 to3 minutes.

Divide sauce evenly into 2 small bowls; set 1 aside.

Place chicken on a baking sheet and brush with sauce from one bowl. Bake for 10 minutes, turn chicken and brush with remaining sauce. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

Warm second bowl of sauce and serve with chicken.
