Mediterranean Grilled Tuna

1-1/2 cups chopped fresh tomato

1/4 cup Spice Islands® Parsley

1 can (2.25 ounces) sliced black olives

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Minced Garlic

1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Tarragon

1/4 teaspoon Spice Islands® Garlic Salt

4 (6 ounces each) tuna steaks, about 3/4-inch thick

1-1/2 teaspoons Spice Islands® Herbes De Provence

1/4 teaspoon salt


Mix tomato, parsley, olives, vinegar, minced garlic, tarragon and garlic salt in medium bowl. Cover and refrigerate a minimum of 20 minutes to blend flavors.

Spray broil pan or grill rack with cooking spray. Mix herbes de Provence and salt. Sprinkle half on one side of the tuna steaks.

Broil 6 inches from heat source. Broil 3 minutes, turn and apply remaining seasoning. Broil 3 to 4 minutes longer.

Serve with 1/2 cup prepared salsa per steak.
