Moroccan Couscous

1 box (10 ounces) instant couscous

1 tablespoon Mazola® Extra Virgin Olive Oil

freshly ground Spice Islands® Sea Salt Adjustable Grinder

2 tablespoons butter, melted

1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro

1/2 fresh lemon


Prepare couscous according to package directions adding the olive oil and freshly ground sea salt.

When couscous is done, stir in butter, cilantro and freshly squeezed lemon juice.  Stir well.

Serve immediately or at room temperature.  Delicious served with Lamb Tagine.

Recipe Tip:  for more lemon flavor, add fresh lemon peel.
