Smoky Chops with Apple Onion Chutney

4 bone-in center cut pork chops

1-1/2 teaspoons Spice Islands® Old Hickory Smoked Salt

1 cup (1 apple) Granny Smith apple, peeled and chopped

2 tablespoons sliced, sun dried tomatoes

2 tablespoons golden raisins

1/4 cup brown sugar

2 tablespoons diced onion

1/2 teaspoon Spice Islands® Garlic Salt

1/4 cup white wine vinegar


Sprinkle smoked salt evenly onto both sides of chops. Grill over medium heat 15 to 20 minutes or until no longer pink in center.

Combine apple, tomatoes, raisins, brown sugar, onion, garlic salt and vinegar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium heat; reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Serve chutney over chops.
