Spicy Sirloin Burgers

1 pound ground sirloin

1-1/2 tablespoons Spice Islands® Grilling Gourmet Spicy Steak Seasoning

2 tablespoons milk

1/2 cup unseasoned bread crumbs

4 slices Swiss cheese


Preheat broiler or grill.

Combine ground sirloin, spicy steak seasoning, milk and bread crumbs in a large bowl. Shape into 4 patties, 3/4-inch thick. Broil or grill patties for 9 to 12 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning once halfway through. Top each burger with a slice of cheese, and return to broiler or grill for 20 seconds or until melted.

Serve on buns with fresh tomato slices and romaine lettuce leaves.

Recipe Note: For a milder burger, reduce seasoning to 1 tablespoon.
