2 packages (8 ounces each) cream cheese, softened

1 package (9 ounces) frozen spinach, thawed and liquid squeezed out

1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Beau Monde Seasoning

1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Dill Weed

1/4 cup sliced green onion

1/4 cup diced green OR red bell pepper

4 spinach tortillas (10 to 12-inches)


Beat cream cheese, spinach, Beau Monde Seasoning and dill weed in a medium bowl with a hand mixer until well combined.  Stir in green onions and bell pepper.

Place 1/4 of the filling on each tortilla and spread to within 1/4-inch of the edges.  Roll up.  Wrap each tortilla in plastic wrap.  Chill at least 2 hours.  Slice into 3/4-inch slices.

Recipe Tip:  Roll-ups maybe made ahead and will keep 4 days refrigerated.
