Eggnog Pudding Cups

- 3 cups eggnog
- 1 5oz packet of instant vanilla pudding
- Spice Islands Ground Nutmeg
- Pour room temp eggnog into mixing bowl and add instant vanilla pudding. Whisk together until mixture becomes a pudding-like consistency.
- Add Spice Islands Ground Nutmeg to taste.
- Place mixture in refrigerator for 10 mins up to a couple hours.
- Serve cold with whipped cream, freshly grated nutmeg and rolled wafer cookies (optional).
