
Green Goddess Pesto Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh basil leaves, packed
- ¼ cup fresh parsley
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp Spice Islands® Green Goddess Seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1/3 cup olive oil (plus more as needed)
- ¼ cup pine nuts, toasted
- 1 tbsp lemon
Directions
- In a food processor or blender, combine basil, parsley, Parmesan cheese, Spice Islands® Green Goddess Seasoning, garlic, and toasted pinenuts. Pulse until coarsely chopped.
- While the processor is running, slowly drizzle in olive oil and lemon juice until the mixture reaches your desired consistency.
- Add more olive oil if needed.
- Taste and adjust with additional Spice Islands® Green Goddess Seasoning, as desired.
