
Grilled Shrimp and Steak Skewers Recipe
Ingredients
- ½ lb sirloin steak, cut into ¾-inch cubes
- ½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 ½ tablespoons Spice Islands®Steakhouse Select Seasoning
- 12 skewers
Directions
- Thread one steak cube and one shrimp onto each skewer, alternating until the skewer is full.
- Drizzle with olive oil and melted butter, then sprinkle generously with Spice Islands®Steakhouse Select Seasoning. Let sit for 10 minutes.
- Boil skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, turning once, until the shrimp are opaque, and the steak is cooked to medium-rare or preferred doneness.
- Remove skewers from oven and serve warm.
