Grilled Shrimp and Steak Skewers Recipe


Ingredients

  • ½ lb sirloin steak, cut into ¾-inch cubes 
  • ½ lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined 
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon melted butter
  • 1 ½ tablespoons Spice Islands®Steakhouse Select Seasoning
  • 12 skewers

Directions

  1. Thread one steak cube and one shrimp onto each skewer, alternating until the skewer is full.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and melted butter, then sprinkle generously with Spice Islands®Steakhouse Select Seasoning. Let sit for 10 minutes.
  3. Boil skewers for 2-3 minutes on each side, turning once, until the shrimp are opaque, and the steak is cooked to medium-rare or preferred doneness.
  4. Remove skewers from oven and serve warm.
