Smoky Garlic Pork Chops Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 thick cut, bone-in pork chops (1 ½ – 2-inch thick)
- 1 Tbsp. Spice Islands® Smoky Garlic Seasoning Blend
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 ½ Tbsp. unsalted butter
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 400°
- Rub both sides of the chops with the seasoning blend.
- Heat the oil over med-high heat in an oven-safe skillet for 2 minutes.
- Add the chops and sear on one side for 2 minutes.
- With tongs, sear the sides of the chops then place the second side down in the pan.
- Add the butter and as it melts, spoon it over the tops of the chops for about 1 minute.
- Transfer the pan to the oven and cook 7-10 minutes or until they reach an internal temperature of 145°
