Ingredients
- 1 cup corn syrup, dark OR light
- 1/4 cup coarse grained mustard
- dash Spice Islands Chili Powder
- 1 lb cocktail sausages
Directions
Microwave Preparation:
- Combine corn syrup, mustard and chili powder in a large microwave-safe bowl. Stir to combine. Add cocktail sausages and stir to coat. Microwave on HIGH (100% power) for 3 to 4 minutes, stirring occasionally until sausages are hot.
Stovetop Preparation:
- Combine corn syrup, mustard and chili powder in a medium saucepan. Add cocktail sausages and stir to coat. Heat over medium heat until sausages are hot and sauce has come to a boil, about 10 minutes.
Slow Cooker Preparation:
- Combine corn syrup, mustard and chili powder in a small (about 1-1/2 quart) slow cooker. Add cocktail sausages and stir to coat. Cover and cook on HIGH for 2 hours or LOW for 3 to 4 hours.
