We source our Spice Islands® bay leaves from California, known for strong bay leaves with a more concentrated aroma and potent flavor. They’re so potent, in fact, that we recommend using 1/3 of a leaf in recipes that call for a whole leaf.
The long, tapered leaves are handpicked and carefully dried to ensure they remain unbroken.
Our Bay Leaves are only bay leaves. Spice Islands® spices and herbs don’t contain added sugar, fillers or other ingredients so you get the most authentic flavor every time.
