Ingredients
- 4 catfish fillets
- 3 tbsp melted butter
- 3 tbsp Spice Islands Louisiana Style Cajun Seasoning
Directions
- Heat a cast iron or other heavy skillet over high heat for 10 minutes. Dip fillets in the butter, then sprinkle with seasoning.
- Place fillets, two at a time, in the hot skillet. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, until fish flakes easily with a fork and is blackened on the surface.
