Dilled Macaroni and Cheese

Delicious dilled macaroni and cheese.


  • 8 oz uncooked small OR medium pasta shells
  • 3 tbsp butter OR margarine
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • 1-1/2 cup milk
  • 1 tsp Dill Weed
  • 1 tsp Onion Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Fine Grind Black Pepper
  • 2 cup (8 ounces) shredded Colby and Monterey Jack cheese


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions; drain.
  2. Melt butter over medium high heat in a large skillet; stir in flour until smooth. Gradually stir in milk. Add dill weed, onion salt and pepper. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Reduce heat to medium; cook 2 minutes or until sauce is slightly thickened, stirring occasionally. Add cheese and stir until melted.
  3. Combine pasta and sauce; toss to coat. Serve immediately.
