Dynamite Fried Crispy Shrimp Recipe

Ingredients
Dynamite Sauce:

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1 tablespoon water

8 tablespoons Spice Islands®️ Dynamite Seasoning
Fried Shrimp:

1 pound raw shrimp, shelled and deveined

1/2 cup buttermilk
-
3/4 cup cornstarch

Canola oil for frying
Directions
- In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, water, and Spice Islands®️ Dynamite Seasoning.
- In another bowl combine shrimp and buttermilk. Stir to coat and let stand 5-10 minutes. In a large, deep skillet, heat 2 inches of oil to 375°F. Remove shrimp from buttermilk, draining excess liquid. Coat in cornstarch, shaking off any excess.
- Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
- Place fried shrimp on paper towels to drain excess oil. Toss hot fried shrimp in Dynamite sauce before serving.
