Ingredients

Dynamite Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1 tablespoon water

  • 8 tablespoons Spice Islands®️ Dynamite Seasoning

Fried Shrimp:

  • 1 pound raw shrimp, shelled and deveined

  • 1/2 cup buttermilk

  • 3/4 cup cornstarch

  • Canola oil for frying

Directions

  1. In a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, water, and Spice Islands®️ Dynamite Seasoning.
  2. In another bowl combine shrimp and buttermilk. Stir to coat and let stand 5-10 minutes. In a large, deep skillet, heat 2 inches of oil to 375°F. Remove shrimp from buttermilk, draining excess liquid. Coat in cornstarch, shaking off any excess.
  3. Fry shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 2 minutes per side.
  4. Place fried shrimp on paper towels to drain excess oil. Toss hot fried shrimp in Dynamite sauce before serving.
