Fish Tacos with Mango Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
Mango Salsa:
- 1 mango, peeled and diced
- 1 jalapeno, seeded and finely diced
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
- 1/2 lime, squeezed
Seasoned Fish:
- 1-1/2 tsp Spice Islands Chili Powder
- 3/4 tsp Spice Islands Ground Cumin Seed
- 3/4 tsp Spice Islands Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp Corn Oil
- 1 lb tilapia fillets
You’ll Also Need:
- 8 corn tortillas (6-inch)
- 1 avocado, sliced
Directions
- Combine all Mango Salsa ingredients (salsa can be made several hours ahead).
- Combine chili powder, cumin, garlic salt and brown sugar in a small bowl; mix well. Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat and add tilapia. Sprinkle fish with half the seasoning.
- Cook 2 to 3 minutes, until fish has browned. Turn and sprinkle with remaining seasoning. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until tilapia is cooked through.
- Portion fish into tortillas, top with Mango Salsa and avocado slices.
