Garlic Marinated Vegetables

Delicious garlic marinated vegetables. 


  • 1/3 cup Pure Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 4 cup assorted fresh vegetables, (zucchini, tomatoes, cucumbers, etc.), chopped


  1. Whisk oil, vinegar and garlic in a medium bowl. Add vegetables; stir.
  2. Marinate in refrigerator a minimum of 30 minutes before serving.
