Ingredients
Meatballs
- 1 lb chicken or turkey, ground
- 1/3 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2 tbsp Spice Islands® Green Goddess Seasoning
- ¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Yogurt Dip
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 ½ tbsp Spice Islands® Green Goddess Seasoning
- 1 tsp lemon juice
Directions
Meatballs
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, combine the ground chicken or turkey, breadcrumbs, egg, Spice Islands® Green Goddess Seasoning, Parmesan cheese, and parsley. Mix until just combined.
- Using your hands or a scoop, form the mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 18–20 minutes, or until the meatballs are cooked through and lightly golden.
Yogurt Dip
- While the meatballs bake, whisk together the Greek yogurt, Spice Islands® Green Goddess Seasoning, mayonnaise, and olive oil in a small bowl.
- Serve the meatballs warm with the Green Goddess yogurt dip on the side. Garnish with extra parsley if desired.
