12 oz small pasta OR spaghetti, cooked according to package directions
1/8 tsp pepper, red ground
2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro
Prepare spaghetti sauce mix with water and tomato paste according to package directions. Keep warm.
Heat oil in skillet. Add chicken and stir-fry over medium high heat until meat is cooked through. Add the cooked chicken, cumin, black beans, corn, and chilies to the spaghetti sauce; mix. Heat through.
Serve over hot pasta and sprinkle with ground red pepper and cilantro, if desired.
