Turmeric Smoothie Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 cup fresh mango, cubed
- ¼ cup McCann’s® Quick Cooking Rolled Irish Oats
- ¼ cup Greek yogurt
- ½ inch piece of ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon Spice Islands® Ground Turmeric
- ¼ cup soy milk
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon honey
Directions
- Add all ingredients to a blender, puree until smooth
