We source our Spice Islands® bourbon vanilla beans only from Madagascar, considered by gourmet chefs and master bakers to be the world’s finest.
Some vanillas you find in the store may have been sourced from Mexico, Indonesia or Tahiti. But in Madagascar, the warm, moist climate and rich soil produce vanilla with the deep, rich flavor you’ll love in your desserts and baked goods.
To use, simply split open the top layer and scrape out the flavorful seeds.
