
Ginger Cinnamon Lemonade Recipe
Delicious ginger cinnamon lemonade.

Ingredients
- 1 thinly sliced lemon
- 1-1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tbsp Spice Islands Crystallized Ginger
- 1 Spice Islands Cinnamon Sticks
- 2 cup fresh lemon juice (about 8 to 9 lemons)
- 7 cup water
Directions
- Place sliced lemon and 1-1/2 cups sugar in a large mixing bowl or sturdy, gallon pitcher. Mash together with a coffee mug or wooden spoon. Stir in crystalized ginger and broken cinnamon stick. Set aside.
- Juice lemons; add to muddled sugar. Pour in water.
- Stir and let sit 30 minutes for spiced flavor to develop. Strain into a 2-quart pitcher. Chill until ready to serve.
Tips
Optional: Pour a little vodka into a chilled glass with ice. Top with lemonade. Serve immediately.
