Ingredients
- 1 lb fresh asparagus
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp white wine
- 1 tsp freshly grated lemon peel
- 1/2 tsp Spice Islands Thyme
- 1/2 tsp Spice Islands Ground Mustard
- Sea Salt Adjustable Grinder
- Spice Islands Medium Grind Black Pepper
Directions
- Preheat oven to 425°F.
- Wash asparagus and trim to remove woody portion of stem. Place on shallow baking sheet.
- Combine remaining ingredients in a small bowl and whisk to combine. Drizzle over asparagus.
- Bake for 5 to 7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until asparagus is crisp but tender.
