Delicious Strawberry-Rosemary Balsamic Shrub
- Yield: 1 1/2 cups
- 1 cup strawberries, hulled and lightly mashed
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup balsamic
- 1 1/2 tsp Rosemary
- Combine the strawberries, sugar and rosemary. Cover with a kitchen towel, and let sit at room temperature for two days, stirring once a day.
Strain the mixture, stir in vinegar to taste, and transfer to an airtight container. Store in the refrigerator.
