Tarragon Smashed Potatoes
Delicious Tarragon Smashed Potatoes.

- 2-1/2 lb red potatoes
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1-1/2 tsp Garlic Salt
- 1/2 tsp Fine Grind Black Pepper
- 2 tsp Tarragon
- Optional, 1 tbsp Snipped Chives
- Cut potatoes in half or 1-inch chunks. Place in large saucepan and cover with water. Bring to a boil and cook about 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. Drain.
- Transfer potatoes to a large bowl. Add milk, butter, sour cream, garlic salt, pepper, tarragon and chives if desired. Mash with potato masher or electric mixer. Serve immediately.
