
Chocolate-Kissed Strawberries Recipe

Ingredients
- 12 medium strawberries
- 4 oz dark chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 tsp Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract
- 1/8 tsp Spice Islands® Ground Cardamom
Directions
- Prepare the strawberries: Trim the stem off the top of each strawberry and set aside.
- Make the chocolate mixture: In a small saucepan over low heat, combine the chopped chocolate and cream. Stir constantly until smooth and fully melted. Remove from heat and stir in Spice Islands® Pure Vanilla Extract and Spice Islands® Ground Cardamom.
- Dip the strawberries: Line a tray with parchment paper. Dip each strawberry halfway into the melted chocolate mixture, allowing excess to drip off. Place on the parchment-lined tray.
- Set and serve: Refrigerate the tray for about 30 minutes or until the chocolate is set. Serve chilled or at room temperature
