Ginger Pistachio Chocolate Bark Recipe
Ingredients
- 12 ounces of chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
- ½ cup chopped pistachios
- ¼ cup pomegranate gems
- ⅓ cup Spice Islands Crystallized Ginger
- 1 tablespoon of orange rind/zest
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
Directions
- Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, or in a microwave in 30 second intervals
- Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Use a silicone or rubber spatula to spread chocolate evenly over the center area of the baking sheet, about ¼″ thickness.
- Sprinkle the pistachios, pomegranate, and ginger onto the chocolate.
- Finish with the orange zest and sea salt.
- Let the chocolate cool at room temperature for 3 hours, or until completely hardened.
- Once the chocolate is completely hardened, break with your hands and enjoy!
