Ginger Pistachio Chocolate Bark Recipe


Ingredients

  • 12 ounces of chocolate chips or chopped chocolate
  • ½ cup chopped pistachios
  • ¼ cup pomegranate gems
  • ⅓ cup Spice Islands Crystallized Ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of orange rind/zest
  • 1 teaspoon of sea salt

Directions

  1. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, or in a microwave in 30 second intervals
  2. Cover a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  3. Use a silicone or rubber spatula to spread chocolate evenly over the center area of the baking sheet, about ¼″ thickness.
  4. Sprinkle the pistachios, pomegranate, and ginger onto the chocolate.
  5. Finish with the orange zest and sea salt.
  6. Let the chocolate cool at room temperature for 3 hours, or until completely hardened.
  7. Once the chocolate is completely hardened, break with your hands and enjoy!
